Unlike other Clubs in the East Midlands Group of Investment Clubs, the Roundabout Club only has five members and trades as a Limited Company.
The five members have contributed between them over a number of years £32,000.
As of the 4th April 2011, the company had assets to the value of just over £201,000.
The company ownes a rental property in Lincoln, 4 Equity Income Unit Trusts and a Zero Investment trust.
The share holders meet four times a year as and when the Unit Trust holdings payout.
The company only trades twice a year and has held two of the investments for over six years.
Two of the share holders are very active members of three other Investment Clubs (not all of which are members of EMGIC).
It has been decided by mutual agreement of all the share holders that should either the major share holder (who holds 40% of the company) or the oldest holder (a lady age 83 die) then the company will be dissolved, so the Club/Company is not looking for any new members or investors.
